GLAZED HAM
This is a really simple recipe, that gives a beautiful flavour to your ham. Combine 750 ml of dark beer, 750 ml pineapple juice and 500 g of brown sugar to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until it thickens sightly. Slightly score your ham (after skin is removed) and add a clove to the corner of each diamond, then baste the ham as often as possible until it is golden brown.
